Podcasting is the distribution of audio or video files, such as radio programs or music videos, over the Internet for listening on mobile devices and personal computers. A podcast is a web feed of audio or video files placed on the Internet for anyone to subscribe to.

We will be offering direct downloads of the podcast files, but the subscription feed of automatically delivered new content when it becomes available. Some some podcasts may take a long time to download, especially with a “dial-up” connection (not recommended). We suggest a hi-speed connection of 128k for downloading podcasts.
